Installing dmusic in the game's wine prefix via `protontricks 1458140 dmusic` worked for me. I'm using Proton Experimental. Could anyone else confirm the fix?
Did you have to do anything to get it to load mp3 or wav files? These don't load for me either, although they're skipped instead of turning into Darude Sandstorm.
