  Seeing a similar issue also on desktop. Intel 4790 cpu and amd 5700xt gpu. The gpu stays at 800mhz (2D clock speed). Getting 120 fps in the save game picker, 40~ fps in the level select plaza and 20~fps in game.

  > Doing this on my steam deck added like 5 fps in movies and 2 fps in tutorial for some reason. It mainly benefits desktop Linux users because it's already enabled for the Deck by default.

  I'm having huge cpu hunger on steam deck. 12W on cpu just for tutorial. 60 fps save data, 50 fps movies, 50 fps overworld, 20-23 fps tutorial. Lowering graphics doesn't help. Proton experimental, 8.02, 7.41-GE
