Something I noticed when working on this game's launcher for Xalia is that whenever the mouse button is pressed on the launcher, it initiates a move operation, so you can drag the window around from anywhere. This behavior occurs even when clicking on a button, and it's the same on Windows. On Wine, this is translated to a _NET_WM_MOVERESIZE request for the window manager. Maybe Mutter's handling ...
