Hello @z1atk0, you're implying that this game is asking to use a specific redistributable installer on first run, but isn't configured to have Steam download it ahead of time. Are you able to tell exactly what first time installer wasn't being run before you tinkered with `Steamworks Common Redistributables` but did afterwards?

... what fixed it for me was installing a 32bit d3dcompiler_47.dll into the game dir.
