At the top of your proton log `Options: {'d9vk', 'nofsync', 'noesync', 'nod3d11', 'wined3d'}` indicates several config options were turned on with this game. This can be done in [a couple places](https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton#runtime-config-options) and the blocking option is `nod3d11`.
