Thanks, to explain my hunch, I suspected there was a mesa/ANV / DXVK quirk issue happening, but testing that launch option rules out DXVK and makes it less likely you're seeing a video driver issue.     It can also be set to "TZ=0" for a more universal approach. Aside from this bug, timezones aren't relevant to this game at all so it's not necessary to specify a location in the first place.

    I searched for that issue in the wine forums and got it fixed by setting "TZ=America/New_York" as a environment variable in the launch options, weird stuff. Anyways, thanks a lot for your time and help!
