MESA vs AMDVLK vs AMDVLK-PRO with -dx11 and -dx12

I've confirmed that this issue isn't driver related, -dx12 has stuttering and uneven framepacing with every driver. Here's screenshots of framgraph and a performance summary of each driver:

Thanks for the idea!
Just tried VKD3D_CONFIG=no_upload_hvv environment variable twice but it made no difference. The framepacing in the framegraph haven't changed (and microstuttering is still visible).
