i made a thread on nvidia forums thinking it was a hardware problem but after tweaking the settings it didn't crash when using VKD3D v2.6 or older.

1. game crashes in the intro when FSR is turned on
2. game crashes instantly when i start a streetkid save
3. game crashes after moving a bit in a corpo save

the crash gets delayed for a few more seconds if i turn glcache off.
