On second thought, this might be a stupid question, so I'm gonna close this
To give an answer, we can't implement a feature when the only thing we have to work with is some marketing buzzword vomit in a devblog.
Once the feature is out (as in, tooling is there, Windows driver support is there, and ideally some form of documentation, probably as part of Shader Model 6.9 or 6.10), we'll evaluate.
Nothing extracted yet.

As in this article published by Microsoft, they are working directly with vendors like Nvidia, AMD, and Intel to get it out there.
But my question is if this will be able to be implemented in vkd3d in a timely manner? I know that for Nvidia, we likely won't be able to get it out for them until Nvidia steps in themselves and adds DLSS 4 into DXVK-NVAPI. For AMD, FSR 4 will be exclusive to the RX 9000 series, but hopefully it will be open source as FAR has always been. I don't know much about Intel though.
