The game has significant FPS drops when moving the camera around during gameplay and when the camera cuts during cutscenes with RT enabled. The issue is present when using both RADV and AMDGPU-PRO so I'm sure this is not a Mesa issue.

I can replicate this on nvidia too. The issue is more severe at night time in game.
Rapid camera movement causes severe performance drop (FPS: 190 → 30 with very jittery frametimes) .
On native windows, the drop is much less significant (FPS: 190 → 140).

To easily replicate this, camera sensitivity or mouse dpi need to be high.

Could you enable the steam in-game performance charts and see if the spike happens on the CPU graph?

Hello,

I'd like to add to this. Also happens with my AMD setup. There are no CPU spikes, only small drops in usage but that's because frames are dropping too. GPU goes up to 100% though so it all seems to be on it. Doesn't happen with raytracing turned off

I'm not on steam so if I can attach any logs please tell me how to generate what you need. Running the epic games version with heroic
