Does this still happen if you set anti-aliasing to TAA? If not, can you confirm that this doesn't also happen on windows with anti-aliasing turned off?

P.S. He plays at 1080p and i play at 4k, maybe this has something to do with it but idk
Interesting. I reported pretty much this exact same issue in 2023, and back then it was definitely fixed by https://github.com/HansKristian-Work/vkd3d-proton/pull/1648, seems that isn't working anymore. I've also recently seen an almost identical flashing issue in RE3 Remake, but there it is completely gone when you enable TAA.
Some light reflections seem to not react as they should.
The recording is showing a specific part of act 10, but throughout the game you can find other examples of the same behavior.
