Unstable fps, but you can feel the smoothness of movement from the new vulkan extension, there was a desire to block fps 30, but at the same time there is a slight delay and the new extension stops working, is this the expected behavior?

I wouldn't expect present timing to be enabled on Deck at all yet, so I'm confused. Also, a 7.0 kernel on Deck makes no sense. I'm very confused.

I use cachyos handheld, and I installed mesa-git through the console.

if lossless scaling or amd framegen creates an additional frame, then smoothness won't work either?

grounded 1 outputs 60 frames per second at medium settings, but I have locked fps to 30, then there is a delay and the smoothness disappears

Do you have any evidence present timing is active? This issue make very little sense otherwise. It's also very hard to try to support a situation where every part of the software stack is customized like this.
