Tried a more up to date driver?
Just tried it to update the driver on my POP.OS and it seems this is the current driver in Pop. When there is any option to update it even more, i will give a try.

So the game works now. but when i try to close it, it still stays open. When i close it in steam, it keeps open.
Not even restarting the laptop works.
It stucks at "Waiting for Process: d3ddriverquery6 " and keep looping this comment.

When i try to Start the Game it will stuck on the loadingscreen. You see in the left corner the loading icon rotating. And then suddenly it will. Stop.
There is a work around on my laptop. When i unplug my Laptop while starting the game. I can reach the main menu. But with plugged in, the game just stuck.
