IL-2 Korea, GPU locks up when loggin in

IL-2 Korea launches on proton bleeding edge, but only if the PC is disconnected from the internet, because as soon as it tries to load the login page it freezes the GPU. I raised RmEngineContextSwitchTimeoutUs to approximately 33 seconds to see if it was just trying to load shaders, but the timeout happens quite quickly.
