Visual artifacts in Cyberpunk 2077 when using NVIDIA DLSS Frame Generation, specially in movement.
Here is a video of the issue. The file seemed to be too big so I had to upload it to YouTube.

Why would this be a vkd3d-proton issue?

What's the version of Streamline you're using? The one the game ships with is bugged, make sure you're at least on 2.8.0 or newer.

Good question. I don't know, it didn't happen before and when I seeked for help in forums no one knew what it is.

I checked and it's the 2.7.1. Thanks, I'll try to update it.

I updated it by replacing the DLLs of the latest version of the Nvidia Streamline in the game folder and now it's fixed.
Thanks 👍
