Does https://github.com/HansKristian-Work/vkd3d-proton/pull/3240 fix it? Not 100% sure about .exe name, but google suggests it's that.

Latest version of Evo gives a black screen and hangs at startup.
Proton (v 11 02 - the highest number that steam had at time of posting) Log had err:vkd3d-proton:d3d12_command_signature_init_state_template_dgc: Root parameter 2 is not a raw VA. Cannot implement command signature which updates root descriptor
Googling found a similar bug report for EVE, with Hans saying to add VKD3D_CONFIG=force_raw_va_cbv
That worked fine and the game runs and plays well.
I'm adding this bug report because I believe for the other game Hans added something that meant the force_raw_va_cbv wasn't necessary - and if that's the case, I believe this title needs the same treatment.
