Proton log attached, GE-Proton10-26, VKD3D_DEBUG=warn.
A dump by setting VKD3D_SHADER_DUMP_PATH would be useful yea. Without any other radv or vkd3d-proton env vars set at the same time.
Have you checked that it is still an issue with newer Proton versions?
Edit: nvm to the question. Didn't notice you mentioned 11-7 also. That seems to be a different crash?
Dumps attached, captured with only VKD3D_SHADER_DUMP_PATH set and no other RADV or vkd3d-proton variables.
Yes, 11-7 is a different crash. On 10-26 I get the winevulkan assertion and the RADV backtrace from the first post. On 11-7 there is no assertion; the game just exits on the loading screen with the d3d12core.dll access violation.
I ran spirv-val over the .spv files (SPIRV-Tools 2025.1, spirv-val --target-env vulkan1.3 --scalar-block-layout), in case it saves you some time.
On 10-26, 198 of 199 pass. d6e08a3bd36c891e.spv, a compute shader (LocalSize 8 4 1), fails with "Block '1580[%1580]' is already a merge block for another header". That would line up with the vkCreateComputePipelines assertion and the crash in radv_shader_spirv_to_nir.
On 11-7, the same DXIL (d6e08a3bd36c891e.dxil is byte-identical in both dumps) translates to SPIR-V that passes validation, and the game gets further: 236 .spv files, all valid. The only DXIL in that dump without a matching .spv is 61abe0cfb9e5bcaf.dxil, also a compute shader, so I assume that's the one being translated when it crashes.

Mod: NaturalVision Enhanced "Next-Gen Graphics Update 3". It ships a ReShade 6.7.3 NVE build plus an NVE.asi plugin that replaces game shaders through the ReShade add-on API. The game runs fine without the mod.
The game crashes during loading, about 6 seconds after launch, every time.

Turning off ray tracing in the game, removing the RenoDX add-on, removing the ReShade .fx effects, clearing shader caches, and RADV_DEBUG=llvm all crash the same way. With ACO_DEBUG=noopt,nosched,novn the game hangs at the loading screen instead of showing the assertion, but the trace shows the same fault in libvulkan_radeon.so.
I can provide a RADV_DEBUG=spirv dump if that helps.
