I also play the game at a gaming social space which has a 9060XT, but that's using SteamOS Preview also with Proton Experimental bleeding edge ~ no crashes whatsoever.

For whatever they're worth. The crashing is unpredictably obnoxious.
I've noticed that if I change the Texture Resolution setting to low, the game takes longer to crash. Sometimes it'll freeze and stutter, but recover, but after extended play, it will still crash.

Sounds like https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/work_items/16516 may be related? There's a link to a branch/MR in that issue which might be worth trying out.
Will give it a shot, thank you. :)

Unfortunately no, that doesn't fix it. Crashed seconds after the loading screen succeeded.

Crash seems to have been a fluke. Can't reproduce it now with the linked branch, so that's nice. :)

Control Resonant will crash at random times ~ during a load screen, gameplay, zone transitions, fast travel. It's a bit unpredictable. Sometimes, it takes forever, sometimes it crashes very quickly.
