Symptoms

If you spin the camera around alot enough, the background seems to suffer from very noticeable ghosting, seems to be present in the full version too.

Some apparently had luck fixing by dropping to 10.0-4

Reproduction

Just start the game and move around and move the camera around till it happens, its noticable when it starts ghosting
