Stutters (sudden quick heavy frame drops) when entering and exiting cut scenes (for example, when interacting with a character like Adam and the camera is not in the "playing" position, you can still tell it's in-game and not a pre-rendered cutscene).
Also after loading screens like entering a different area (for example XION, EIDOS 7, or any other area that requires a loading screen), after 3-4 seconds of loading, another stutter like the others mentioned happen.
It's weird because the game otherwise runs impressively smooth.
The error happens over and over, it doesn't go away after reproducing it one time. Same interaction will create the same stutter/FPS drop.
