Symptoms

Server only utilizes one core/thread of the CPU and only 1GB of RAM with no means of increasing the value even when users join. Granted this game has no considerations for linux kernel at all and is simply relying on proton to emulate a windows environment.
Windows runs on a seperate instance of this virtual machine and runs well.

Reproduction

Run the server.
1 player is enough to break it down.
