You need to install the vulkan drivers:
vulkan-radeon on Arch Linux for example
Back in August 2018, DXVK in Proton did not have D3D10 support. @Raikaru, please retest with Proton 3.16.
Game now installs proton easy anti cheat protocal but still gives me a anti cheat error on Proton 7.0.1.
on latest GE-Proton, game boots, singleplayer is playable, but trying to connect to multiplayer matches disconnects you after a few seconds.
