Hello @nicocarbone, please copy your system information from steam (Steam -> Help -> System Information) and put it in a gist, then include a link to the gist in this issue report. Additionally, what filesystem is the game installed onto?

The game is installed to a ext4 partition, the same as /home/
I have the same problem.
proton 3.7x1 2018-09
Rules of Survival doesn't launch.
After checking for updates, it tries to download said updates, but files with: File error! (please check disk space)
There is enough hard disk space.
The standalone PC installer works fine under normal wine (besides some login issues).
I attach the log.
Tested both proton 3.7.3 and 3.7.5 beta.
