This most likely has the same problems as #524, where PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 will fix the looping issue.
Doesn't receive any inputs from PS3 controllers either.
i'm running into an issue where the FPS is always around 50-60. somewhere at 10-20 minute mark during the playthrough, the low FPS count locks at 19 FPS but the high is 50 and sometimes reaches 150 (So the game stutters really bad). i have to restart the game to regain the FPS. it doesn't happen at a specific location, mission or map.
I'm popos 24.04 with Nvidia RTX 3060 (580.126.18)
Tested on proton 10 and 11 beta.
Whether i'm using highest or lowest settings, it doesn't change anything.

Some games lose sound and after a few seconds it cames back messy
Issue transferred from https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/9882.

After more or less 2 hours of gameplay, the game sound vanishes and it returns messy/choppy/kinda sped up a few seconds later.

Hello @RetroSteak, it might be worthwhile to also mention your experience to the pipewire-pulse dev(s).
Hello @RetroSteak, it might be worthwhile to also mention your experience to the pipewire-pulse dev(s).
I'll report to them, took time to do a better log this time and the problem don't happen with proton 10.0-4, but it happens with experimental (the log is from proton-cachyos but the problem is the same).
If you prefer i can make a log with proton experimental.

Pipewire issue report was closed cause it's likely a Proton issue.

The title music loops, DS4 gets no inputs for mapping when you choose to use it, alttab works, rendering and performance seem fine.
