Same as m-svo. The crash OP experiences can be solved by updating the Intel Graphics Driver in the FAQ.

sorry for my bad english.

not having the game and not wanting to buy a game that does not work, I tried with the "" free version "", to try to understand why it did not work. The problem with the black screen seems to be related to the Media Foundation Library. I followed the procedure for resident evil 2: https://www.reddit.com/r/linux_gaming/comments/ajyx51/resident_evil_2_playable_with_the_latest_dxvk_and/,
this generates a new error: "Call from 0x7b44e237 to unimplemented function mfreadwrite.dll.MFCreateSourceReaderFromURL, aborting".
I found that Devil May Cry hd collection also generates the same error and can be easily resolved by removing the video file from the game folder or hexedit the .exe file: https://www.protondb.com/app/631510 , but this does not seem to work with this game. moving the video files in the "StreamingAssets" folder does not remove the error, removing the file "resources.resource" into the "LastDayOfJune_Data" folder, causes the error to disappear but the game hangs on a black screen.

tips :
if the game crashes and in the log file located in the /game folder/yyyy_mm_dd_xxxxx/output_log.txt , there is an error:
"Fallback handler could not load library C: / Program Files / Last Day of June / LastDayOfJune_Data / Mono/XInputInterface32
etc ... ".

go to the "LastDayOfJune_Data / Plugins /" folder and copy "XInputInterface64.dll" and paste into "/ Last Day of June / LastDayOfJune_Data / Mono /" and renaming it to XInputInterface32.dll.

tested with:
proton 3.16
lutris 0.5.0.1
OS:Antergos
GPU=Nvidia gtx 970
CPU=Amd fx 8350
Kernel="4.20.13-arch1-1-ARCH"
Gpu Driver=Nvidia 418.43
NT:"I get this log without moving any video files. "

P.S
if I replace "resources.resource" with an empty text document, I get the error: " Call from 0x7b44af1c to unimplemented function mf.dll.DllGetClassObject, aborting
". I don't know if it's relevant.

UPDATE
I modified the executable with a hex editor (GHex), changing the string "MFStartup" in "MFStartnp", the game crashes immediately but does not create any folder with the crash.dmp and the error.log. the only log file is in the "LastDayOfJune_Data" folder which reports the following error: "Fallback handler could not load C: / Program Files / Last Day of June / LastDayOfJune_Data / Mono / CSteamworks".
I copied the CSteamworks.dll library from the Plugins folder and inserted it into the "Mono" folder but the error persists.
this I think is caused by the cracked steam dll.
I wait for the answer from someone who owns the game.
sorry again for my english.
