Symptoms

No gamepad input from a Steam Controller is recognized. If I switch the controller bindings to use mouse/keyboard settings, it does recognize that.

Note that "gamepad" is the default/recommended binding for a Steam Controller for this game.

Reproduction

• Launch Fallout Shelter and try to use a Steam Controller, configured as a gamepad.
• Notice that the game recognizes no input.
