Game doesn't launch,leaving a process that needs to be killed manually.

Reproduction

Click play play in the steam launcher.

With regular wine (3.16) you need to set up the Windows version to XP else it will freeze on launch.
csmt needs to be off else the game is sluggish and binkw32.dll set to windows native else the movies wont be displayed.
