Symptoms

Game starts normally but during the first test race black squares start to appear on the screen and eventually covers most of it, because of that the game is unplayable.

At this moment I have not found any kind of graphic problem (seems to be fixed). The game works very well and with a perfect FFB on my steering wheel (Logitech G29). The only problem I have is that the game is displayed in English, and does not exist either within the game, or in the game properties on Steam, option to change it.I suppose it takes the Wine/Proton language (English?) . I don't know if it is possible to change it.

Tested on Steam Deck OLED. Issue is there as well.

Symptoms

Game crashes when launching a race. Viewing the cars in garage works fine.

Reproduction

  1. Open the game
  2. Launch a Quick Race
  3. Observe the crash

Seems like a Wine thing. It would crash as well on WineD3D

Decided to test this one again and this time it flat out refuses to launch citing missing PhysX dependency. After installing the PhysX system package it now runs fine. I assume the same thing will be necessary for the non-Nvidia systems.

EDIT: Tested on Steam Deck OLED and it's the same way there.
