For me it is running just as flawlessly, except for the sound - even installing xact using winetricks to that prefix didn't fix that; The only maybe significant differences I see to your system are that I am not using the nvidia beta driver and a slightly older kernel from ubuntu ( 4.15.0-36-generic ).
@MichaelPoutanen @VeRiTeRC Have you tried using winecfg to set xaudio2_6 & xaudio2_7 to native? it helps with sound problems on other games when installing xact isn't enough, I don't have the game so I can't test it myself.

That did it; After setting xaudio2_6 and xaudio2_7 to native, it worked! Thank you.

@kisak-valve Requesting an XAudio2 label for this game...
Still seeing no jump sfx with winetricks xact installed and xaudio2_6 and xaudio2_7 set to native. Voices in cutscenes and music work fine though. sysinfo: https://gist.github.com/sweeze/71b241b3b3878ada58e73138cfbd3a8e
Also, this is with PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1, as got nothing but a black screen without it.

Hello @shoober420, these look like some lines of interest from the log: INFO: OpenAudioDevice failed: ALSA: Couldn't open audio device: Device or resource busy INFO: Assertion failed: 0 && "Failed to open audio device!" which is immediately followed by an access violation (c0000005) and an unhandled page fault.
@kisak-valve
Here's a new log with my ALSA script disabled. Still crashes the same way.
There's some sort of regression in ALSA. None of my Proton games will launch anymore. Arch has had a wave of ALSA package updates, so I'll wait this one out and see if it gets fixed.
ALSA thing gone, game now works great out of the box!
Hello, is anyone seeing an issue with this game and Proton 4.11 that would block it from being whitelisted?
@kisak-valve , just finished the game with Proton 5.0-3. Runs out-of-the-box. No tweaks needed. It could be whitelisted.
