There are some issues with this game.

  • Holding CTRL to supposedly display the Unity config menu in order to rebind keyboard keys is not working at all.
Workaround: add -show-screen-selector to the launch options.

  • Some models are not rendered at all when using the default DirectX 12 (-> Vulkan) API.
Example: in mission 11, the goat models are invisible:

invisible goat models with DirectX 12->Vulkan

Workaround: add PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% or PROTON_NO_D3D11=1 %command% or -force-d3d9 to the launch options and the models will render properly. (thanks ODDity for the suggestion)

However, since the GPU doesn't seem to be used anymore (? not sure), the CPU temperatures are now much higher (around 90°C!), which is unacceptable.

I don't think the game should be white-listed in this current state.

Please retest with Proton 3.16, nvidia 415.22 or newer, and no workarounds.

Forgot to mention that was with Proton 3.16-6 beta. Will update my drivers in a few days and test again. Will keep you posted. Thanks.

I can confirm these problems don't occur anymore with the latest nvidia proprietary drivers version 415.25, in Proton 3.16-6 beta and no workaround.

I cast my vote for the game being included in the white list. Didn't encounter any noticeable problem.

Thank you!
