Symptoms

Upon launch will display 'Fatal Error!' message in small pop-up. Game still gets through logos, and then ~3 seconds after reaching the main menu game will crash.

Hello @sanecito, please test Proton 3.16-4 and check if the game behaves better than 3.7-8.

@kisak-valve Can confirm it works much better; played through a character arc w/o issues! Only quirk that persists from 3.7-8 is that Xbox 360 Wireless controller input doesn't seem to be recognized as an input as far auto user lock goes and thus after 5 minutes my user session will lock per Manjaro defaults of no detected activity. Might be more of a Manjaro bug though than a Proton one.

Symptoms

Snow map either does not load or loads up then crashes. Freeze up of OS. Artfacting on screen can occure.

Reproduction

Just get to the eightith senario on single player or select the snow biome map. It has a huge amount of shader usage and particles with the snow falling.
