Symptoms

Game has slightly static-y sound, and noticeable input lag, both in-game and in-menu.
In-game, immense lag is immediately noticeable, making game unplayable.
As an aside, I have tried disabling Esync, Using WineD3D, and disabling D3D11. None improved performance.

  1. Start game.
  2. That's basically it, you'll notice problems immediately.
