Start the game with Proton 3.16-5 beta or 3.16-6 beta

Additional info:

The game runs with Proton 3.16-4, but for stable playback requires a patch.

Same situation still with 6.3-8: game is frozen at "please wait".
There is repeated message of "Autosavecore failed" in the log so I would guess it is trying to create autosave-file but fails for some reason?
