Game is borked, freezes on loading forever. PROTON_NO_ESYNC, PROTON_NO_D3D11 and PROTON_USE_WINED3D have no effect.

Reproduction

Try to start the game
Game freezes with loading bar at around 75%

If it'd be at all helpful, here's the log after installing .NET 4.7.2 manually in the relevant prefix; the CorIsLatestSvc error doesn't occur anymore, but the behavior is still the same: steam-611800.log

This looks like a Unity game. It doesn't use .NET, but maybe it runs the installer for some reason.
