Hello @Simmonz, you should be able to add the proton log to this issue report if you throw it in an archive.
I also tried on my spare sytem and had the same results. I was able to get a smaller log file for this attempt, not sure why the other was so big:

Didn't think of that. Done and done.
I was pointed to a workaround that solves the issue of no video. On the launch options type "--disable-gpu" minus the quotations. Like magic there is video.
So the game now runs without any tweaking needed but when you try to resize the window while in game the game screen just goes white.
I also added a screenshot of the game after trying to maximize the screen.

Proton version: 7.0-1 (tried experimental as well)

PROTON_LOG=1x1 2019-01
I tried running Tender Loving Care through Proton and while it launches when I choose "Begin" the screen goes black. I can hear the audio of the game though so the game has actually started but with no video. The Steam AppID of the game is 593900. I added PROTON_LOG=1 %command% to the game's launch options but am unable to attach the log as it is 62MB.
I have checked whether there are updates for my system available and I am up to date
