So using 4.11-13 it installed direct x and booted. However I cannot get into game. Im running on latest bazzite.

I've done the same, though successfully. IIRC, it can take a while for the game to launch into the main menu. Also mentioned here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/227100/discussions/0/3801651941325334509/

@QmwJlHuSg9pa Its possible that the ~30 second wait before getting to the main menu is fixed with the following commit:
