Symptoms

The configuration tool are able to launch but there are no resolution available to choose from.
The game itself only appear running on launch, but nothing will show up and need to kill the process.

game has able to be launched now (Proton version: 4.11.2)
use Borderless mode

I found that it still works in 4.11-13 and running it in fullscreen also works but still without any resolution options.
Also, running the game's configuration tool actually requires that Windows 7 compatibility mode be set in Winecfg.

Also, the game's in-game settings menu don't actually save for whatever reason.
