Hello @ThEMarD, nVidia's driver for Fermi generation (GTX 4xx and 5xx) cards does not support Vulkan. All DirectX 10/11 games will fail due to DXVK requiring vulkan support, but you may have luck with adding PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% to the game's launch options to use the D3D10/11 to OpenGL render path.

Update: using PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 and the game does launch and it shows the Gameloft logo and the cursor is changed to the in game one, but after that, the screen goes blank and after a few more seconds it crashes.
