Why the XAudio2 label? Isn't a audio related problem... or maybe the audio is related to this glitch?

Hello @7ovo7, a couple labels in this issue tracker are just notes for subsystems that are in use and don't explicitly indicate that's the problem.

Worked without D9VK on 4.11-1, won't start nor log on 4.11-2 even with everything disabled. I changed the logging settings on user_settings.py, nothing outputs in the log.

When a game refuse to work after a PROTON update, you can try deleting the game shadercache folder.

EDIT: i don't use Steam shader cache option
i deleted the prefix folder (brutal) and it did the trick.

I just tried the DEMO via PROTON 4.11-2 with D9VK enabled and it works...
But it CRASH when entering FORT HENRY.
This is the log of the DEMO steam-300650.log
