Symptoms

Game starts up, displays the Nicalis logo, then freezes during the loading screen.

Reproduction

Start the game. Hangs 100% of the time at the same spot

Update: I spoke too soon. The game does eventually load after about 5 minutes. In-game works perfectly, as far as I can tell. Every startup after the first one finishes up much faster.

The updated log has been attached in the original post. If it wasn't for the ridiculously long first startup, it would probably be a whitelist candidate
