Hello @Adenis890, we're using one issue report per unofficially supported game title, and this is a known issue with fresh installs of the game and is being discussed on #37. There's an experimental build of Proton at https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/37#issuecomment-546055205.

I confirm:
Symptoms Installed GTA V and whenever i try to start it, it says: Unable to locate launcher. I also verified game files and nothing. The launcher didn't give me a prompt to install it.
