I found that aside from sound all runs ok for while before it crashes (though that might be because I switch out of the window to cheat or because I'm using an AMD card)

Tested with official proton 5.0.7.
Settings tool works fine. Launching the game works fine. Game runs fine, except i hear a funny buzz instead of audio.
