Average 36 FPS shown by Steam, playable by any means, in fact the game works so accurate that issues listed below also present on Windows 10!

Major slow down when using custom cursor w/ full screen, especially on menu
(full screen is enabled by default, custom cursor is disabled by default)

"Hardware acceleration" may cause slow down, enables effects including shadows and lighting
It is a DX7 title after all (see System Requirements on Store page)

Virtual tank screen saver is not working
(due to how screensaver works under Wine on Linux)
(and there's a whole other issue of loading the correct save file from the screensaver present on Windows)
