That's the result but I don't think it's related to the anticheat, since I installed the runtime.

Hello @tethragon, looking at this game's depot, there's a missing health indicator that is expected with non-EOS EAC game. You can not make an assumption on one game title (by AppID) based on a different AppID.

Hello. The old appID no longer corresponds to an existing game (Ironsight). The game changed publisher I think and the new ID is #783770

While the change in publisher might be true, it's not relevant. Both variants of the game exist on Steam and are not identical. AppID 715220 does not appear to be invalid.

That's why I posted here, so if anyone visits this thread looking for ironsight, to let him know that the valid ID for this game in steam is #783770 and that the game now runs in Linux (steam). If you think my posts are still irrelevant, please delete them.
