Symptoms
The movies are playing, but no video, only audio: Same as here:

Frame drops, specifically when aiming and shooting. (with dxkv and wined3d)

Note:
I tried from HDD and SSD, no difference on the frame drops side.
I can play the videos with vlc or mpv without any problems.
Using Proton-5.8-GE-2-MF, the frame drops are gone.
