Symptoms

If you use DXVK to render your poster, you will crash when using volumetric lighting, and the polygons will be visible on your models.
If you use Wine's Open Gl, volumetric lighting will work, polygon problem is gone, but AO does not work, resulting in flat looking models.

Reproduction for DXVK

  1. Enable DXVK for DirectX 9
  2. Create simple scene
  3. Enable volumetric lighting on lighting
  4. Try to export poster
  5. Crash

Reproduction for Wine's Open Gl

  1. Disable DXVK for DirectX 9
  2. Create simple scene
  3. Enable volumetric lighting and AO
  4. Export poster
  5. Poster has volumetric lighting, but it's flat

I have found a solution to my problem. While working on the project, I will use DXVK for peak performance, but when it comes to rendering, I will use gallium nine.

Nothing extracted yet.
