Reproduction

try to run game.
steam will install some component and then try to run game but then stop.

Also tried GE's latest version but got same behavior.

I fixed it partially after reading the log I upload by installing .net 4.0 via protontricks but the screen is very flashy. If you're wondering what I mean I'm referring to what games warn about if you're prone to sezures. Even I feel like it's hard to look at because the flashing is so bright and fast. Anyway here's my updated log I see in this new it says that it failed to load a gstreamer binary so I installed gstreamer to my system but that didn't make a difference.
