Symptoms

Game is stuck on any event starting, at "Loading" section.

Reproduction

Just install the game, run it with proton (the only actual option) and try to start gaming in any type of it, career, events, grand prix etc

GLORIUS EGGROLL PROTON DOESNT WORK

F1 2017 Works at highest settings.
Launch options at bottom of post.
issue 1. The opening video : sound cuts in and out. Could be my set up.
issue 2. 1st successful run: Game has laggy bits for first 1/2 of 1st lap then runs everything perfectly. Maybe my system of building shaders or whatever.
2nd successful run no issues opther than I suck at F1 2017.

THIS IS A nVidia GTX1050 (at) PCIe_2_ SYSTEM.

THE MBOARD AND NVIDIA ARE PCIe_3_ BUT THE AMD TRINITY CHIP IS PCIe_2_
Kwin is disabled. I havent tried w/ Kwin on yet. (kwin-x11)
