Seems to be working alright in Proton 6.19-GE-2

Always happens on game load - not sure if it happens anywhere else

Hello @cpuccino, in general, this kind of feedback needs to be evaluated separately per game, and we have #1464 to track general video decode feedback.

Feel free to pick one of these two games to focus on here and share a Proton log, then open a separate compatibility report for the other game if it doesn't already have a compatibility report, and let me know so I can re-open this issue report. Alternatively, you can add a note to #1464 with your experience.

@kisak-valve This is working now on 6.3-8 (not sure if it works on all videos, is there any way to check without having to play through everything?).

I would assume that there's a way to keep track of which videos of a game have been processed properly, cause the bars are added by steam after all.
