  1. Start Alien Hominid Invasion Beta on Proton 6.3-7
  2. Wait for error message (about 3 seconds)
  3. Press OK
  4. Game closes

I did see a few updates for related pieces of my system, but they are pretty recent updates (last couple days). I'll update just to be sure and then check off that part.

Just fully updated my system (nvidia drivers are legacy 470xx due to my card being old).

Steam system info doesn't show nvidia drivers there, but xorg seems to show me running nvidia. Maybe because I'm running legacy 470xx from the AUR?

Hello @hplewis, looking at your system information, it looks like you've configured your system to use the nvidia gpu, but don't have the video driver's 32 bit userspace libraries installed. Can you check if you have lib32-nvidia-470xx-utils installed?

You're right. I forgot that one when switching to legacy. Just installed it, but seem to be encountering the same issue.
